Learn how to make necklaces, bracelets and earrings using a wide range of techniques and materials. The day will start with learning how to make loops using wire. This is a very useful skill that means you can then make earrings, pendants, charms and any other type of dangle with almost any bead. From there you will learn about the different threads and findings (all the bits we use to make jewellery) and how and when each one is used with different styles of jewellery. In the afternoon you will have plenty of time to make your own pieces, from the beads on hand, using the skills you have just learnt. You will be able to ask questions and have time to make, while under the guiding hand of your teacher. This class will give you all the skills you need to make lots of types of jewellery and you will go away with a selection of reference threads with their findings.
